How to Keep Healthy During Pregnancy?

So it is very important to be healthy not only physically but mentally also as it helps in giving normal delivery. During pregnancy she should always be dressed up in comfortable outfits as they will not restrict the flow of blood through her veins and muscles. She should not wear high heeled shoes as it can be harmful for her and this will not be comfortable for her. During pregnancy sex is not restricted but it should be done in proper way as other activities are done. Like intimacy should be there between husband and wife as this gives the woman security and emotional protection which is necessary for her.
If you do exercise regularly during pregnancy then it is very good for you and your unborn baby. There are various activities like walking, gardening or swimming as these are most beneficial for you. The skin glands are more active during pregnancy while any other time because of which a pregnant women should take regular bath it will be good for her to take shower bath instead of tub bath because it can be the cause of infection. Always use non slip pad as it will give more safety which is very necessary for pregnant woman. Increase in weight and size is very normal and the food taken by pregnant women should have more quantity of nutrients and vitamins as it is very important for her and her unborn baby. As proper diet is very necessary to have healthy pregnancy so you should take proper care of your diet and just check it that the diet you are taking includes protein, leafy green vegetables, whole grain, fruits, yellow vegetables, citrus and daily products like oil and fat.
If you have the habit of smoking or drinking then just quit that habit before getting pregnant because it affects badly in the growth of unborn baby and this is because according to various studies the women who smokes have great chances of premature birth in comparison to the women who do not smoke and other thing which can be seen is the weight of the unborn baby is less of that who has come from the womb of that mother who has the habit of smoking in comparison to the normal women and this is because the vitality of the unborn child which usually reduced with smoking. So for the mother who is expecting must be happy so that she can give birth to healthy and happy child and all this can only happen if the surrounding situation in which the women is living is good and suitable for her.
