The website does not say to you that the things what they includes in this basket, but they give a promise to you. Just sufficient, but when we buy some thing in $110 and receiving not anything but inspiring phrases from the product picture is also strange.

A little googling of my personal baddy gave me a few idea of about the things are built up in this basket and I must say, I like the cute idea. The basket contain the gifts are very nice. But don’t think that I will spoil your craze about it.

Mobile has become a necessity of life. It is now an essential part of our lifestyle. But has anybody realized the adverse effect of the radiation released by it. The radiation emitted by the mobile causes several cellular level disorders in the human body. The disorders can vary from person to person. The Pregnant women are very much affected by the mobile radiation. The baby’s health is affected by the radiation growing in the mother. According to a research conducted by UCLA found that babies have certain behavioral problems.

According to Dr. Vini Khurana a British health researcher says that mobile phones affect our health in a bad way far more than smoking and asbestos. During regular check up the doctors advice the pregnant women not to use the cell phone more than once a day as it emits dangerous radiation. A study in Denmark showed that the pregnant ladies using cell phones thrice or more times a day had chances of almost 54% to have babies with emotional and hyperactivity problems.
Children using mobile at the age of 7 can have behavior and sex related problems.
Therefore using mobile for a greater period of time can be as dangerous as alcohol or tobacco.
For long time calls using hand free kit will be safer than talking directly with mobile.

DIET FOR GETTING VITAMINS AND MINERALS
For Carbohydrates: you can get carbohydrates from foods in the form of bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.
For Proteins: take proteins from foods in the form of chicken and lean meat, eggs, fish, and pulses (as beans and lentils).
Fish, you can eat some oily fish twice a week, but be careful you should not eat more oily fish then twice a week.
For calcium: take dairy products for calcium these are rich with calcium such as milk, curd, paneer, and cheese.
For iron: eat the food which is full of iron such as pulses, red meat, dried fruit, green leafy vegetables and sprouted breakfast cereals.
For amino acids: you can include soya seeds and buckwheat (kootu) in your daily foods which are rich with all essential amino acids.
For vegetarian: if you are vegetarian you should make sure that your have the diet is not lacking of the protein and Vitamin B12.
For vitamin C: You can have a glass fruit juice which is rich in Vitamin C, vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron. You can eat some fruits and vegetables which are rich of vitamin C. you can eat some Amla as achar or in the form of dry amla after your meal because it is full of Vitamin C and iron.

WHEN TRYING TO CONCEIVE HAVE A HEALTHY EATING PLAN
When you plan to conceive have a balanced diet and ignore the high fat foods. You should have a diet which has vegetables, cereals, pulses, fruits and different type of dairy products.
Make an eating plan, and eat in variety as following chart:-
Some Cereals: rice, Whole wheat, rice, bajra, unpolished jowar, nachni (ragi), bulgur wheat (dalia), whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, etc.
Some Pulses: toovar or arhar dal, Moong dal, sprouted moong, rajma, lobhia beans, kabuli chana (chickpea).
Some Vegetables: Leafy vegetables: Spinach (palak) , fenugreek leaves (methi) , radish leaves (moolie) Others vegetables: beetroot, carrots, cucumber,gavarfali, french beans.
Some Fruits: orange, mosambi, Pineapple, guava, sweet lime, orange, guava, aanar etc.
Some nuts: you can eat Dried fruits such as almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts.
Dairy Products: you can have many of them in your routine food as Milk, cheese, paneer, curd etc.

FEW SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY
Mostly women’s don’t know about pregnancy symptoms when they have pregnancy at first time, they feel wonder about their pregnancy when they miss a period. Here are some of the first signs of coming motherhood.

1. Some women’s have Food cravings. But this is not a sure sign when it relates with other symptoms of pregnancy at that time you can confirm by counting when you have your last period.

2. Physical changes. When you feel you have the darker skin in the region of your nipples, it may be the cause of your pregnancy.

3. Implantation spotting. After 8 day of ovulation you may have implantation bleeding. It may be as light pink or brown in colour.

4. You have more urination. Some women’s have this problem because when the embryo implants the hormonal changes starts.

5. Weakness. When you conceive you have hormone progesterone which have a high level by which you feel very tired.

6. Puffy breasts. When you will be pregnant, you should feel that you have puffy breasts. After some times when your body will be familiar to the hormone flow, the pain will fall down.

7. Changed the taste. You can observe that you like a different taste. Some women feel that they have a metallic taste. Some do not like tea or coffee or the food which they normally like.

8. Wake up illness. Normally when you conceive you have a morning sickness. After few days of conception, you can feel disgusted and nauseous.

9. When you miss a period. When you have a regular period habit and this time you have late, and then test for pregnancy test. This is a surest sign of your conceiving.

10. Test your pregnancy at home by pregnancy test. When you want to test your pregnancy at starting day, do it in the home. A blue line exists in the test window. Congratulations!!!!!
