Know About Pregnancy
When a male sperm fertilize the ovum pregnancy starts. Then the egg divides into two cells, and continuously this process begins until a little ball of cells was formed. This cell ball moves to the womb (uterus), and settled in the uterus lining. This cell ball turns in to the baby.
The placenta plays an important role during the pregnancy; it helps in the exchange of oxygen, wastage, and nutrients through mother fetus by producing hormones. At the time of 18 to 20 weeks it develops properly and it continuously grows up to pregnancy.
The umbilical cord attached with placenta and to the baby’s umbilicus. This cord takes nutrients and oxygen to the baby from the placenta. This also carries wastes to the mother from the baby.
The developing unborn baby was covered with two thin membranes. These two form a bag which are filled with a watery liquid named as amniotic fluid, this helps a baby from outer shocks, pressure and bumps. In this baby easily moves and due to this fluid they have an even temperature. These membranes also protect the unborn from the outer infections.
This membrane normally breaks only the time of your labour pain begins. After the 7 days of
fertilization, the uterus produces a hormone known as human chloronic gonadotrophin (hCG) hormone, by this you know you are pregnant.

Set a bed time routine for your baby it will be comfortable for you and for your toddler too. Following set pattern every night he will feel comfortable and will soon be immune to such routine. Feeling comfortable and relaxed he will soon fall asleep. With such routine becomes his habit he’ll be easier even if you are not at home and will settle easily.
You can say some bad time stories; some night songs or any silent games which helps your baby to be cool and calm and then he or she will go to bed easily.
Now you can do your routine work and lastly before going to bed go to your baby’s room and you should teach to your baby that his room is a pleasant place, where baby can sleep nicely and baby is not away from you. When your baby not feeling well to buy you when you want to go, assure him you’ll be come back to him at few minutes later. When baby feel secure, he’ll quickly go to asleep, when you come back you see baby is not waiting for you.
